Rumors speculated that if Wishy Washy talked he would have been voiced by Robin Williams who did the Genie from Aladdin but eventually they got Rob Paulsen to do the voice in the original Lilo and Stitch series. For Stitch and Experiments some executives were thinking of Dan Castellaneta doing the same thing he did for the Genie but he didn't feel like doing that so Wishy Washy was voiced by Paul Rugg doing his Manny the Uncanny character from Disney's One Saturday Morning. He is also able to grant wishes and was able to impress Angel a la how Aladdin doing the same thing to impress Jasmine but this time Angel knew it all along and Stitch was fine with it all in preparation of the new Aladdin remake.
