Physical Appearance[]
A green Ghost/phantom-like experiment with short arms, a large conehead with two stripes, a squeaky voice, a koala/moose-like face, bull-like snout long rabbit-like ears, and dark pupil-less eyes, and kangaroo-like body and tall t-rex-like leg crocodile/tiger/cow-like long tail.
Primary Function[]
Able to possess inanimate objects and cause mayhem, placing the blame on the innocent. Once somebody discovers his secret, he isdesigned to eliminate them.
Weaknesses[]
None, he can phase through any object or projectile making him virtually impossible to capture/destroy.It's strange that Leroy was able to capture him in Leroy & Stitch when he doesn't have a solid body.

Speech[]
He is voiced by Nancy Cartwright, being able to speak english and Tantalong. Though he mostly only gives out a "Hehehe!"

Trivia[]
- He made a cameo appearence in "Snooty" on a TV show Gantu was watching in the near end of the episode. He also will over time be a bit more regal as he settled down and began thinking about going on tour on the Macky Macaw Road Tour and accepted.
- He and Elastico were seen in a special dedicated to the stage, theater and the arts. This episode was also nicknamed "Talent Show" or Welko. It is also the debut episode of Welko, in which Welko vandalizes the stage the Lilo, Stitch, Pleakley, Heckler, Phantasmo, Houdini, PJ and Elastico were practicing their performances. In spite of this, Elastico and Phantasmo were able to apprehend Welko.
